By addressing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual components of one's makeup, positive life energy can be strengthen and negative energy can be decreased. Outcomes can be observed by energy measuring.

From my earlier nursing background and after completing my education, I am both a LMHC and Qualified Clinical Supervisor. Recently I have focused on health and wellness and am trained as a Heart Forgiveness Facilitator. I offer Life Energy sessions that help to uncover and clear unconscious glitches that are handicapping our personal energy management.

I am available to listen and respond to questions and provide information about a life energy approach that can reach deeper levels of awareness for oneself and aid in unblocking long held obstacles to living a healthier and freer life style.
